Yarnacott is a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of Swimbridge in the wonderful county area of North Devon.
Spend beautiful romantic nights in either our beautiful little cottage or our heavenly shepherd huts, or maybe you
would like our rustic lodge. All nestled in the lovely country grounds of a 600 year old Devon Longhouse.
You will be able to enjoy the grounds whether fishing the lakes (rods and line available) painting (art studio) or just relaxing in the hammocks by the Lakes. The Burlands is for the walker, the fisherman, the golfer, the artist, the cyclist,
or the person who just want’s to shut the world out.
A delightful cottage, in a great location for exploring North Devon. We found it to be very tastefully decorated and well equipped, set in peaceful surroundings.
Zena was a great host, we were welcomed with home made bread and eggs from her own chickens, and she responded quickly to any of our requests. We would highly recommend this property and we are already planning our return trip!

Zenas place is amazing!
The views are gorgeous and her hospitality is outstanding. So many thoughtful touches to the cottage to make you feel at home, including fresh homemade bread and eggs.
Zena gave us tips on taxi drivers into town and directions. Her dogs are so cute. They always grteeted us and made us smile. Would highly recommend Zena and her cottage.

Zena has created a wonderful space, inside and out: cosy, comfortable and full of thoughtful and generous touches. lots of welcoming treats including homemade bread.
The bed is comfortable, the TV is big, and although initially the fridge was very small, when we mentioned this, a new one was instyalled within the day. Amazing service! We had a very happy stay.
