We love the great outdoors as much as you, and so after many years of travelling and living abroad,
we have happily settled in one of the world's most desired countryside locations, North Devon.
The Burlands is a small, family run business, based in Middle Yarnacott, near the lovely village
of Swimbridge. We have started the business from our passion to deliver a truly unique getaway experience, and look forward to welcoming you with open arms.

MIDDLE YARNACOTT ESTATE
Middle Yarnacott is a quiet hamlet in Yarnacott, set on the outskirts of the village of Swimbridge in beautiful
North Devon. This prime location means you are only ever a short distance away from a peaceful country
walk or a relaxing day at the beach. Nearby Barnstaple in steeped in history and has some lovely restaurants
