Burlodge

Stepping into this superbly finished property you will immediately find yourself in the lovely open space leading through to lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is comfortable with a Smart TV to sit and while away the evenings. The dining area offers a table and chairs making mealtimes a breeze, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to conjure up a feast or a quick snack, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher. Off these rooms are two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds both have en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC.

Set in a pretty courtyard within the grounds of the owners 600-year-old Thatched home, this delightful single storey cottage is conveniently situated with the towns of Barnstaple and South Molton within five miles.

A lovely area for those wanting to walk or cycle with beautiful coastal walks and cycle paths within easy reach.

Bideford is close by, where you can hop on a boat to Lundy Island. Westaward Ho! Has the oldest Golf club in England the Royal North Devon. Exmoor national park is a short drive away, here wild ponies, deer, and buzzards can be seen.

A superb shepherds hut with outside seating, the village pub and store are close by and the golden sandy beach of Westward Ho! is a short drive. Perfectly situated so you can enjoy an idyllic rural setting, yet just a short drive takes you to the nearby town of Barnstaple, which has an array of amenities, the characterful Pannier Market and access to the popular Tarka Trail. Just slightly further, at Bideford you can jump on the Oldenburg and enjoy a day trip to Lundy Island. Beach lovers are also well-catered for with numerous beaches in the area, including delightful Instow, plus the surfing meccas of Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! also close by.

Set in a superb location yet just a short drive takes you to the nearby town of Barnstaple, which has an array of things to see and do, the characterful Pannier Market is worth a look and for those looking to walk or cycle it offers easy access to the popular Tarka Trail where you can enjoy traffic free space. Bideford with its maritime connections is an interesting place to visit - where you can hop on the Oldenburg and enjoy a boat trip to Lundy island. Beach lovers are also well-catered for with numerous beaches in the area, including delightful Instow, plus the surfing meccas of Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! also close by.

This cute cottage sits in the grounds of the owners 600-year old Thatched house, yet your privacy is assured. Great for those getaway romantic trips. This lovely cottage is conveniently placed in the village of Swimbridge, being five miles from either the towns of Barnstaple or South Molton in each you will find indoor markets selling local produce and arts and crafts. If you are a cyclist or walker then Burcott is the place for you with the North Devon coast comes beautiful cycle paths along the Tarka Trail or walks over Exmoor. Westward Ho! Is twenty minutes away this town has the oldest golf course in England the “Royal North Devon” a fabulous and interesting link course.
